Swyx Record Advanced (SRA) is an advanced call recording search and retrieval application, designed specifically for the Swyx telephony platform. SRA enables administrators, users and managers to find call recordings based on user defined search criteria. The application is fully configurable, and is managed centrally by the telephony administrators. SRA can be installed on the Swyx server and does not conflict with the existing Swyx installation and set up.
Atia have several thousand users successfully using SRA. The application is available to all users of Swyx, regardless of your current maintenance and development contract.
