Migration to Unified Communications
Migration to Unified Communications is not as painful as it sounds, and with an experienced provider such as Atia Communications you can be assured of a smooth transition.
Migration to Unified Communications is a smooth process if managed professionally and by a dedicated supplier such as Atia Communications. Failure to migrate properly can have huge consequences of a business. Fortunately Atia Communications are a specialist Unified Communications provider and have a dedicated team of project managers who have been deploying installations for many years.
Our experience enables us to see and respond to potential problems with an installation far ahead of our competitors. We explain more here about our migration process:
Dedicated project management: The first step to ensuring a successful migration is with dedicated project management. Your installation will be managed by one of our highly experienced project managers.
Review of exisiting installation, due diligence and risk limitation: With each installation we follow the entire process and look at every possible scenario where something can go wrong. We then put in place a series of tasks if we come up against a problem.
Simple system requirements: One of the greatest benefits of Unified Communications is the simple system requirements the software requires. In many cases your Unified Communications software will run on a standard Windows server, which makes running and managing your installation simple.
Best practice deployments: Atia Communications have been deploying Unified Communications for many years and we've developed best practice methods of installation, testing, training and support that guarantee each deployment goes as smoothly as possible.
Existing line migration & porting: ISDN and SIP lines can easily be transferred to Atia Communications for ongoing management. ISDN and analogue lines can be ported into SIP lines for more effective internet communications.
Rollback procedures: Should we come up against a problem which means we cannot install your Unified Communications system in the required time, we always have a fallback procedure which quickly enables us to fall back to your existing system while we solve any problems.
Training & support: Staff training and ongoing support is something we build into each installation. During the sales process we identify the training requirements and set about a series of one to one or small group training sessions on the use of your new communications software. Ongoing user support is provided with one of our support plans.
Thanks to our review process and due diligence process, our deployments rarely encounter problems and to date we've never had to roll back to a previous system. But using a specialist provider such as Atia Communications means all angles are covered and your deployment will be as smooth as possible.
