The 3CX Phone System is a software-based IP PBX which runs on the Windows platform. 3CX replaces traditional telephone hardware phones systems. Hardware systems are very cumbersome, restrictive and expensive to install and maintain in comparison to 3CX. The system is based on the SIP standard and supports standard SIP software / hardware phones. This allows customers greater choice for connectivity and end devices, freeing the confined restrictions of traditional telephony systems. 3CX allows users to access business grade VoIP service providers or connect via the regular telephone mediums, such as ISDN. Standard features include; voice mail, auto attendant, call hunting and other features.

Atia are an accredited Microsoft Partner, specialising in the installation of Voice Applications on the Microsoft Platform. Atia are one of the few Microsoft partners that are fully accredited in Voice and Data. Atia support several hundred organisations using the Microsoft Windows Server as their communications platform of choice.

Atia is the UK OEM partner for My Call Centre by Ilogixx. Atia are the only distribution partner of My Call Centre outside of Germany, and as a result have the greatest number of trained and accredited personnel in the UK. My Call Centre is the only accredited contact centre application that is endorsed and certified by Swyx, and as a result, Atia manage numerous contact centre environments for our customers on the My Call Centre platform.
