Call Tagging and Coding: Your users will tag a telephone call with a 'call type' and 'outcome'. The call recording will be linked to the 'call type' and 'outcome' and saved in the candidate profile. Administrators will search against specific combinations of call types and outcomes to find available candidates for available roles.
