Training

All our training is instructor lead and will focus on the skills required in the workplace. Our training will ensure that you will get the best from your solution.

 

 

User Training

Dedicated user training is delivered during the time Atia Communications are onsite conducting the telephony installation. This training typically takes a ‘train the trainer’ format where two or three nominated staff members receive formal training which they then cascade down to their teams. Training elements include telephone and soft client operation, handy tips and tricks plus best practice methods for system utilisation and efficiency. Delivering training to small groups of users in this way ensures each individual has the opportunity to pose their questions as and when they arise plus reap the benefits of having hands on experience with the system in a nurturing environment. 

One-to-one training is also available, which will enable Atia Communications to deliver dedicated training on an individual basis to all applicable users. Focus can be given to all areas of interest to a user and greater time devoted to the features a user feels will benefit them the most from day one.

In addition to face-to-face user training, Atia Communications have authored many ‘How to...’ guides that are available upon request. These quick guides are formatted to provide easy to follow instructions on a wide variety of topics and tasks.

Administration Training

While onsite during the installation, Atia Communications will deliver basic administration training to one or more designated recipients. Content for this training generally incorporates adds, moves and changes, detailed product awareness plus basic troubleshooting.

Atia Communicatinos run regular, more advanced administration training at their offices for all qualifying clients. Clients are cordially invited to attend these administration training sessions as and when this training requirement arises.

Bespoke Training

Bespoke training events are custom created and delivered to suit the clients' requirements. These bespoke training sessions focus on the element or elements that require dedicated attention. Bespoke training events can be delivered on site, at Atia Communications' offices or at a mutually convenient and suitable location. User, supervisor and/or administration training can be incorporated into a bespoke training program with varying lengths of session or course also being possible.

Remote Training

Remote training is often used to guide clients through specific features or applications on a one-to-one basis. This training can be conducted at a convenient time to suit the client's schedule and is followed at a pace driven largely by the client. Features can be delved into in some depth with ample time for questions, idea sharing and discussion.
