Microsoft UC Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Microsoft UC consultant to join an experienced and dynamic team. As a member of the Microsoft practice delivering professional Services and 3rd line support around Unified Communications and email your role will involve

  • Architecture of enterprise Lync environments across multiple geographies for large
  • scale customersProvide leadership in the deployment of enterprise UC and email
  • deployment projectsProvide 3rd level support to existing support teamsProvide
  • technical design for Applicable's global hosting platforms

Essential Experience and skills:

  • Strong Lync hands on deployment experience, including enterprise voice and integration with other vendors such as Cisco and Avaya.
  • Strong technical support (3rd line) experience of Exchange 2010 and Lync 20106 years + Enterprise architecture or support experience of Microsoft Exchange and OCS/Lync.
  • Demonstrable certificationsAdvanced problem solving and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrable successful project deliveryExcellent customer service and customer facing skillsGood communication, presentation and organisational skills

Desirable Experience:

  • Some TDM / Traditional Voice ExposureSIP provider integrationOCS to Lync migrations
